At Patagonia Fly Fishing Lodges

Cuisine

A private chef, locally-sourced Patagonian ingredients, and a table set for the end of a day on the water.

The Kitchen at the End of the Road

A Culinary Adventure

Every lodge in the Patagonia FFL family runs its own kitchen, led by a talented, professionally-trained chef who turns fresh, local ingredients into gourmet cuisine, innovative in places, comforting in others, and always built around what the region has to offer that week. Dinners are frequently accompanied by live music, and the pace of the whole meal is unhurried: you've earned it.

A Day at the Table

Fueled for the Water

Breakfast

Patagonian-raised meats and eggs, prepared to ease you into the day before the boats launch. Early risers are always accommodated.

Riverside Lunch

A packed lunch keeps you fueled through a full day on the water, enjoyed streamside with your guide, wherever the fishing takes you.

Gourmet Dinner

A four-course evening: hors d'oeuvres, a main built around seasonal Patagonian vegetables and hand-selected cuts of meat or fresh fish, and a house-made dessert to close it out, paired with a thoughtful selection of wines and cocktails.

Dietary Requirements

Every Guest, Accommodated

Our kitchens cook for kosher, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, cardiac, dairy-free, and other dietary needs as a matter of course. Just let your lodge know in advance of your arrival so the chef can plan accordingly. There's no need to compromise on the experience because of a restriction; tell us what you need and we'll take care of the rest.

Begin Your Patagonia Story

Five partner lodges, one trip of a lifetime. Tell us your dates and we'll help you find the right water.
