Our Story
A Family Legacy
Pedro Torres' original dream, revitalized by Pablo and Marisi into a blend of decoration, warm hospitality, and the unique magic of the place. Kitchen led by young chefs, with classic roasted lamb prepared in the quincho on weekends. Guest artist-friends have left work behind that now adorns the lodges — photography by Matilde Marín, a watercolor-fly collection by Laura Martello, wooden-board art by "RAP" (Chiara Rapaccini), and an oil painting of the river by Carolina Otamendi over the fireplace.

Sustainability
Living Off the Grid
A model of energy self-sufficiency — a solar panel + battery bank system powers both lodges AND the surrounding community's homes. Organic gardens (fruits, vegetables, herbs) and free-range chickens round out a genuine food-self-sufficiency practice alongside the energy one.
